Do you (or someone you care for) have a learning disability?


We should have this information on your notes, but it is worth checking when you speak to the doctor

  • You are entitled to a yearly flu vaccine to help keep you healthy. If having an injection is difficult we can usually arrange to use the nasal vaccine.
  • Please make us aware of reasonable adjustments to help you access the practice
  • You are also entitled to an annual health review and should receive an invite for this.
